We're excited to announce that this September, we'll be offering a diverse range of enjoyable classes, including Acroyoga, Acrofit, Handstands, and Flexibility sessions. We invite you to come and join in on the fun!
Acro yoga is the most fun exercise
you will ever do in your life!
Based around body balance and group exercises, Acro yoga combines Acrobatic partner exercises with Yoga warm-ups, but don’t worry! You don’t need to be any good at Acro or Yoga to take part in our classes and jams. You also don’t need to bring a partner!
It's not about perfection!
It’s about community
You might feel too old, too small or too big, or maybe not flexible or strong enough... but you're not! With Acro&Yoga you’ll get stronger and more flexible, and you'll have fun while doing it.
What you get in our acro yoga classes
In our classes, you get expert tuition (for whatever level you are at, including complete beginner level), a warm and welcoming community of fellow Acro yoga practitioners, absolute focus on your safety (for every exercise you do, there’ll be people there called “spotters” to look out for you) and you’ll get to challenge yourself and have a LOT of fun!
